Axl Rose - The Wipeout King
Shortly before the turn of the century, Guns & Roses were Rock & Roll royalty. Quite deservedly so. And Axl, if not the undisputed king, was at the very least the evil vizier lurking in the shadows with a knife in his hand hoping for the king to pass by unguarded.
Many consider Axl Rose to have been one of the best singers and performers to have graced the stage in several decades. A few even think he still is. Having been forttunate enough to have seen them live both in their early 90's heyday and just a few years ago, I'd say that while they're still great on stage and you should definitely see them whenever you have the opportunity, Axl vocals and performance in general leave little doubt that he has aged considerably.
He's still at the top of his game in one area though, and his bandmates know it. A few days ago, they posted this video on Instagram to prove that he is still the king of wipeouts:
His wipeout skills were even praised by the king of pain himself, Jackass's Johnny Knoxville, and you can't ask for a better expert opinion than that.
